pure joy X2

today was such a great day! i just couldn't stop taking photos of these luscious twins.....it was like the planets were aligned or something. the babes were such a joy to photograph. i pushed hard and they, as well as mama, remained sweet as can be...good good babies. this queen mama ( i refer to her as such b/c she has 4 children under 4) is AMAZING. she just rolls with it, i love how relaxed she is. thanks for reminding me what's important!

elle's teacher

i had the privilege of photographing elle's teacher's family yesterday. she is such a lovely lady.... wonderful teacher too. her children are beautiful as well. and i can't forget to mention her husband.... sweet as can be! thank you for yesterday and for all you do. i am so happy you are home with your babies, but you are definitely missed at school!

tybee

we headed down and across country with the whole crew for spring break this year. spent a week on the back river of tybee island with our dear friends from sav'h,ga. there was plenty of r&r, bbq, dolphin sitings, photo opps, laughter, and baby chasin' to last us for sometime. thank you so much to my friends....love you and miss you!

could she be would she be a.......photographer?!?!? as a parent you always relish in your children's talents, interests, and gifts.....and wonder what they will become. who knows, but elle definitely has an eye and and interest for the arts. i know one thing, she enjoys creatively expressing herself. and the way she will end up doing that....we are just going to have to wait and see!

finding beauty

it isn't hard with these two beauties. went for a walk with my children today and we found some great shots on the way to our hot cup of cocoa. it can be a challenge in the dead of winter, but it is definitely all around. thomas was present chillin' in the stroller...i decided to focus on my girlies. one thing is for sure.......WE WANT SPRING!

had a good little session with my son today, he was on fire & we couldn't stop. some are sweet, some cute...some kinda icky. but that's what the little toddlers are all about, right??!!?

wow! this wedding was such a joy and pleasure for me. two wonderful families united through the marriage of a very sweet couple. despite the snow and cold temps (thank you all for being such sports!!), i think we managed to create some wonderful memories on film, or cf cards rather! enjoy...
